Nicki Minaj breaks silence on Cardi B fight, says she could ‘die’ if she keeps fighting with people

By | September 11, 2018

Rapper, Nicki Minaj, 35, has finally broken her silence after her rap rival Cardi B, 25, allegedly tried to attack her at the Harper’s Bazaar’s New York Fashion Week party last Friday.

According to eyewitnesses, Cardi B aggressively approached Nicki Minaj who was with her crew at a table at the party, and said she wanted to speak with Nicki and address the lies she was spreading about her.

As she was talking aggressively, a security protecting Nicki elbowed Cardi B in the face and that was when she lunged towards Nicki but fortunately, security stopped her.

Cardi then removed her shoes and hauled it at Nicki, missing her. Addressing the incident, Nicki said she was left ‘humiliated’ by her fight with Cardi B.

Speaking on Beats 1 on Apple Music, she said:

‘The other night I was a part of something so mortifying, so humiliating to go through in front of upper echelon people – it’s not about black or white – people who have their lives together.’

In another interview, the rapper said that if Cardi keeps fighting with people, she could ‘die.’

She added,

‘I was mortified … I could not believe how humiliated I felt …. how we – and I use the term ‘we’ loosely – made ourselves look. ‘I would never discuss anyone’s child. It’s so sad for someone to pin that on me.

‘I would never talk about anyone’s child’s or parenting, I don’t give a s**t. It’s so crazy to me that people always need to make Onika the bad guy. if you’re right in whatever you’re doing, you don’t ever have to make someone into the bad guy.

‘You know I didn’t say or never did talk about anyone’s child … I am not a clown, that’s clown s**t. The other thing that is clown s**t is telling the world that they did s**t because you look dumb.’

Nicki also appeared on Queen Radio Monday:

‘You put your hands on certain people you gonna die. PERIOD. And y’all sitting here making this s*** a joke? I’m not the b***es in the strip club and I’m not a b*** on a reality show. My money is very f***ing long.’

You came into MY fucking culture! I never had to fuck a DJ to play my songs! Calling black women “roaches.” You getting girls beat up cause of what your man is doing? Real bitches never do that!

You never attack a woman! You take that up with your own fucking man!

She has built her career off sympathy and payola. Get this woman some help!

This woman is at the best stage of her career, and she’s out here throwing bottles and throwing shoes? Get this woman an intervention! You just had the biggest blessing of your life with a child. And in two weeks you have attacked three women. One at fashion week.”

Soon after the incident, Cardi explained why she attacked Nicki, and one of the reasons she stated was that Nicki said trash about her daughter, Kulture.
